Use
This machine is applied to the powder particles mixed and granulating can be widely used in medicine, food, chemical and light industries.
Working Principle
The granulation process of this machine is mixing and granulating by the two processes completed in the same container, powder material in a fixed conical container, due to the stirring action of blend pastes, make the powder lot shake and disperse to present semi-shifting state, and achieve full mix, with the injection of adhesive, let powder lot become wetting gradually. Material shape change, enhanced the extrusion the blend pastes and cylinder wall act to materials, friction and kneading effect, to form the loose soft material, these soft materials become small, uniform wet granules in the role of granulate pastes, meet (GMP)standards.
