Work Principle

Referring to the principle of refrigeration, the energy-carrying medium (refrigerant) completes the continuous cycle of gas phase → liquid phase in the closed circulation system, and the medium realizes heat release and heat absorption in the process of phase change. The heat released is used for the heating evaporation of the material liquid, and the absorbed heat comes from the condensation heat of the secondary steam generated by the evaporation of the material liquid. Through the dual utilization of cold and hot energy, material-liquid concentration, solvent evaporation and solvent recovery can be realized.
